 In June, Chin Yi Hsin Enterprise was established with the capital of NT$3 million. The company's capital was increased to NT$5 million and renamed as Yiou Lyiu Enterprise in 1985.
1980-1982：
 Engages in machinery parts processing. Cooperates with Ray Chi Enterprise to offer the development of varied cookie molds.
1985-1990：
 Provides mold designs and developments for several local leading plastic forming plants such as Nan Ya, Yu Chang, and Nan Fang .

 Accepts the OEM technology from Taiwan plastic forming machine agent Hong Chang and Asano Laboratory Co., Ltd. the leading plastic forming machine maker in Japan.

 Cooperates with Ray Chi Biotechnology (former Ray Chi Enterprise) for the supply of inside compressing and cutting mold parts.
